Whitehot

One firm. Four capabilities.
Entrepreneurial spirit

Founded in Melbourne. Serving Australia. Built around a simple thesis: the methodology and rigour across AI, marketing, technology and business transformation usually reserved for enterprises should be available as services to mid-market businesses. Also developing innovative products in our Studio.

The thesis

Enterprise rigour, founder pace.

The most interesting work in Australian business is being done by entrepreneurs, corporate hackers, and people with the ambition to ship something that was not there yesterday. Whitehot supports that work with the methodology, depth and rigour usually reserved for enterprise. A senior team, working directly with you, at founder pace.

Organisation

Entrepreneurial way of working.

At Whitehot, we are building our company from the ground up around an entrepreneurial way of working inspired by Haier's RenDanHeYi (人单合一) model.

Our guiding principle is simple yet powerful: operate as a network of enterprises with teams free to make decisions, connect directly with clients, circulate knowledge and share in the profits they generate.

We use approaches from the 3EO Toolkit to define milestones, guide new ideas and fuel growth. This approach cuts through bureaucracy, gives every team ownership, encourages collaboration, and lets us move fast while staying focused on client success.

By living this model ourselves as we grow, we gain real-world experience we can actually share with others. We help organisations create more agile, motivated teams and achieve better results.
