Hands-on AI training for individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporate teams. Australia-wide

Practical AI training, structured for immediate application.

For most businesses, AI adoption has stalled at the subscription stage. The tools are purchased. The licences are active. But the capability gap between access and application remains wide, and it widens every week as models grow more powerful and harder to keep up with. These programs deliver structured, hands-on training that closes that gap: corporate AI training for teams, an AI training course for individual professionals, and a two-day workshop for entrepreneurs turning an idea into a functioning business. Delivered in person: on site at your premises anywhere in Australia for teams, and in Melbourne for the open courses.

Build a Business with AI

Two-day intensive workshop

Two days, one working business, built with AI at every step. This is a hands-on workshop, not a seminar about entrepreneurship. You will validate your idea, name your company, design your brand, lodge your ABN application, build your website, set up payments, configure accounting, and create your first marketing campaign, directing AI tools and agents that do the heavy lifting while you make the decisions. You arrive with an idea. You leave with a business.

AudienceAspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners with new ventures
FormatIn-person offsite intensive, BYO laptop
Duration2 full days (10am–5pm)
Group SizeMax 12 participants
$1,000per person inc. GST

AI Mastery Course

One-day AI training course for professionals and business owners

You have had a play with ChatGPT. Maybe you have used Claude to draft a few emails or summarise a document. You know this technology is going to change how you work; you just have not had the time to learn how. This intensive one-day course is built for busy professionals and business owners who need to move past dabbling and into real capability in a single day. Bring your own laptop and at least one paid subscription, your choice of ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, or Google AI Pro: the capabilities that now matter most (agents, deep research, and connected tools) sit behind the paid tiers, and learning to use one properly recoups the course fee quickly. Free tiers work as a fallback if you are not ready to commit. By the end of the day you will be able to choose the right model for the task, delegate multi-step work to an agent and verify what comes back, and run the documented workflows that turn AI from an experiment into the way you operate.

  • Producing polished documents, reports, and emails with AI
  • Hands-on: build an AI-assisted workflow for one of your real work tasks
  • Knowing when not to trust the output: limitations, hallucinations, and verification habits
  • Deep research: long-running AI research with cited sources, and how to verify what comes back

Team Hackathon One Day

Corporate AI training workshop, on-site for up to 10 staff

Most teams have the subscriptions and use a tenth of them. This is a single-day intensive delivered at your premises, on your team's actual work. The morning covers foundations: which model for which task, the assistants already in your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licences, how to brief AI well, and the privacy rules that come first. The afternoon is the hackathon: teams pick a real process from your business, build a working AI workflow for it, and demo it to the room before 5pm. Your team leaves with workflows they will use tomorrow, not slides they will forget by Friday.

Team Hackathon Two Days

Corporate AI training plus an executive strategy day

Day one trains the team. Day two puts the leadership in the same room to decide what the business does with it. Day one is the full hands-on program: foundations, the assistants already in your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licences, and an afternoon hackathon where teams build and demo working AI workflows on their own processes. Day two brings executives, IT, finance, and marketing or sales leaders together in a facilitated working session to build a shared AI strategy, identify the early wins across the business, and leave with a practical 90-day roadmap that every function has contributed to.

AI Workshops, Seminars and Team Building Days

For large groups of 20 to 200 people, two to four hours, in person anywhere in Australia

Not a keynote. Nobody sits and listens for two hours. This is a boot camp: rapid, fun and hands-on, individual development first, then team-based, actively facilitated from the first minute to the last vote.

We have developed and tested these materials. We know what works and what gets a room full of different personality types engaged and building as a team, and we roll it out to fit your team and your slot. It is designed for the different ways people learn. Tactile learners build it, experiential learners try it, interpersonal learners work it out with their table, reflective learners get a quiet go on their own first, and visual learners see it demonstrated. No course-design overhead, and nothing to wait for.

The session builds in stages. Mystery challenges get everyone engaged, onto the tools within minutes and ensure any individual technical challenges are addressed fast so everyone gets the most value out of the day possible. Personal mini-projects build individual skill and confidence. Then the team mini-hackathon: each table takes its best idea, builds it properly and pitches it to the room. Friendly competition and a final pitch party to demonstrate and celebrate what got built. We have the photos to prove it: participants from previous sessions presenting what they built with confidence, and the CEO exclaiming “that was really cool!”

This program is designed for creating change management awareness and desire, perfect for large launch days or a region-by-region rollout. It helps make your strategic vision real, done by doing. We are Prosci ADKAR accredited, so we understand how to incorporate the seminars into your broader change management plan. People leave knowing what is possible because they have just done it, and wanting to do it at work on Monday. That is what an enterprise rollout needs before it can deliver the productivity and cultural improvement it was bought for.

To help keep costs as low as possible, we train your own people to help co-facilitate the session. It also adds to the fun of the day. The format is designed for one co-facilitator per group of ten, one person to two hackathon teams of three to five, trained by us in detailed briefing sessions before the day. If more support is needed on the day, we bring it. Our experience on transformation programs and enterprise rollouts comes down to one thing here: your own subject-matter experts and internal power users in the room, so every participant's time is put to the most productive use.

Finally, we know how to deliver at scale. The largest enterprise program we have delivered was to 120,000 staff and contractors across 18 countries. We can help you every kilometre of your journey, delivering office to office, helping you win over one regional site at a time.

What happens in the room

  1. 1

    The table race

Every table names itself on screen and races the other tables for sixty seconds; the winning table takes a prize.

  2. 2

    Setting the scene

A short brief from the front on what is possible today: what your licence can do, the token limits and session guardrails everyone works within, and the assurance that any technical problem gets sorted at the table quickly, so nobody is left behind.

  3. 3

    The mystery challenge

Remember the best practical experiment you did in a high-school science class, or the physical example a teacher brought to class that instantly made the lesson click. We bring that same experience to your session. A reasoning challenge starts the session and we guarantee everyone will be wanting to solve it with AI, on their own first and then as a table, for a seminar-wide competition that gets everyone's brains activated. It is not some silly icebreaker. It is the perfectly crafted first activity to make sure the whole day runs as close to clockwork as possible. It is the hook that gets the whole room into the tools within minutes.

  4. 4

    Challenge Cards

A printed pack of eight Challenge Cards goes face up on every table. We have carefully refined these eight AI challenges for different personalities, cultural contexts and languages, each with a challenge, a test and an iterate step. Think of them as prompts to get human intelligence fired up and ready to work with artificial intelligence: eight lightning rods that help inspiration strike every participant.

  5. 5

    Everyone builds their own

Alone, on their phone or laptop: each person builds a working AI assistant of their own and keeps it. The time allowed is set by the needs of the learners and the size of the group, with a checkpoint partway through so nobody is left not started. Worried about bandwidth? We'll bring the Starlink router as a hotspot. The latest models support over 200 devices.

  6. 6

    Team mini-hackathon

Each table shows what its members made, picks one idea to carry forward, assigns roles such as builder, tester and pitch lead, and rebuilds it on a laptop.

  7. 7

    Demonstrations and pitch party

We get rid of AI jitters in hours. Every team is proud to show its build running, on a hard timer, first in practice rounds to calm the nerves, then boldly as the finalists to the whole room.

  8. 8

    Judging and awards

The whole room votes live on their phones and the awards are presented at the pitch party. It is the moment the day is remembered for: colleagues cheering a build that started as a blank screen a couple of hours earlier. The award categories are ours, refined over many sessions, and they are designed so that every table has a real shot at winning one.

How the activities suit different personality types

Every activity is mapped to the Big Five personality traits, so the people who came in sceptical get as much out of it as the people who were already keen.

Openness
At the high end, the mystery challenge and the Challenge Cards give the curious something new to explore. At the low end, for people who prefer the practical and the familiar, every build starts from their own real work, in the licence they already have, with a tested step-by-step to follow.
Conscientiousness
At the high end, run-sheets, Challenge Cards, time boxes and a defined output at every stage, for people who want structure. At the low end, active table facilitation: a trained co-facilitator at every table using techniques that keep every participant contributing, so nobody drifts and nobody coasts.
Extraversion and introversion
Individual challenges first, so quieter people build confidence on their own before anyone presents. Team builds, presentations and the awards for people who do their best work in a group.
Agreeableness
Team mini-hackathons and open sharing for the collaborators. Competition for those who are motivated by it.
Emotional stability
Low-stakes individual work before anyone presents, no one put on the spot, and awards rather than a ranking at the end. This is where most resistance to AI sits, and it is why the session works as a change tool.

What your organisation gets

Every person in the room has built a working AI assistant of their own and kept it. Not watched one being built.
Every table has run a mini-hackathon: picked an idea, assigned roles, built it, pitched it.
Collaboration and communication practised under a timer: agreeing an answer, pitching to colleagues, voting on someone else's work.
A room that knows what your licence can do, because they have just used it, and wants to use it at work.
Less resistance to the rollout, across the team, not only among the early adopters.
The brief for what comes next: a use-case list of what every table built, and your own people briefed as champions.

What's included

Pre-session scoping call: your licence, your venue, your data rules, and where the session sits in your day
Facilitator run-sheet, timed to your slot
Printed Challenge Cards on every table, one pack of eight designs per table
Two Whitehot facilitators, one at the front and one on the floor
Detailed briefing sessions that train your own co-facilitators, one per group of ten (two hackathon teams of three to five), to help deliver the program
Live voting on phones and four awards
Use-case list handed back after the session: what each table built and what is worth taking further

Run for a national law firm in Melbourne on 10 September 2026: a two-hour session inside a larger team day, with more than 40 people in table teams of five.

The instruction sheet participants use on the day is published as a sample program.

Questions teams ask

Does it work for people who are sceptical about AI?
Yes. The activities are mapped to the Big Five personality traits: novelty for the curious, structure for those who want it, individual work on their own before anyone presents, team work for the collaborators, competition for those motivated by it, and awards rather than a ranking at the end. People who are sceptical get as much out of it as those who were already keen.
Is it a keynote or a talk?
No. Nobody listens for two hours. It is hands-on from the first minute: individual development, then a team mini-hackathon, actively facilitated throughout. Everyone builds something and keeps it. If you want a speaker for an hour, this is a different format.
Can you run this for 60 people?
Yes. The format runs from 20 to 200 people, in table teams. The most recent session was for more than 40 people in tables of five.
How long does it take, and where?
Two to four hours. It stands alone at your venue or offsite, or sits inside a larger team day, conference or corporate gathering. We deliver in person, on site, anywhere in Australia: state and regional offices as well as head office.
What do people need to bring?
A phone, signed in to your organisation's AI workspace with their work login. Each table needs one laptop for the team round. We check the venue wifi and the sign-in before the day.
Does it work with our ChatGPT Enterprise or Copilot licences?
Yes. It is built to run on the licence you already have: ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude for Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot or similar. It suits the weeks after a licence rollout, when most people have a login and have not used it.
Can our own people help run it?
Yes, and the format is designed for it: one co-facilitator per group of ten, one person to two hackathon teams of three to five. We run detailed briefing sessions before the day to train your people to help deliver the program, with one instruction at the table: ask, don't solve. It keeps your costs as low as possible, it puts your subject-matter experts and internal power users where they are most useful, and if additional support is needed on the day, we provide it.
How is it priced?
Per head, with a minimum session fee, and the rate card is published so you can budget the event. Starting at $6,500 inc GST for two hours and up to 30 people. Above that, $100 a head from 31 to 100 and $75 a head from 101 to 200, each band applied to the people in it: a room of 60 is $6,500 plus 30 at $100, which is $9,500. Three hours adds 25 per cent to the total, four hours 50 per cent. Printed materials, laptop banks, a router for the day and travel outside Melbourne are itemised separately at cost. Email us your team size and a date; we reply within one business day.

The session after the course is where the real work starts.

The courses teach the technique. Our AI consulting sessions are for applying it to your own work: one-on-one or with your team, on a specific project, a stalled workflow, or a decision that needs a second opinion.

These sessions are scoped for course follow-through. When the work grows past an hour, an agent to design and run, automation across your business systems, or a voice agent like our AI Receptionist answering your phones, it belongs in a scoped engagement, and we will tell you when it does.
